Urban Streetscape

Overcrowding problem is a socially hot talk in the society recently. Yet, the government has been paying a lot of effort and putting much emphasis on this issue in order to create a better living condition for her residents. Living in a cramped area, people want to move to other places that is much more comfortable or hope the area that they are living now can be renewed as soon as possible because overcrowding is seriously undermining their quality of life in different aspects.



In the densest city in the world, Hong Kong the pedestrian environment is largely composed of narrow sidewalks with high flow of foot traffic. The density pressure / overcrowded , it can only feel when you in HERE.



What Hong Kong people smallest desire are enjoy to walk around on street not rapidly.

In this project , we not only telling Hong Kong overcrowded problem message , we try to create enjoyable urban street design in the office also we encourage sharing space idea o solve high-rate rental cost . Even small area office, we can make the office space more fun and enjoyable like working in outdoor - urban street.

This is not only for user also for new walk-in customers we design this office illustrates the power of place to bring people together in a common purpose.



The challenge for both design teams was tight budget and tight time schedule , we bespoke many mill work on site to save the time and cost, consider the re-installment cost also is one of our challenge.
