The project is located in the Hexi Central Plate of Jianye District, Nanjing, with a land area of 13,972 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.8 and a gross floor area of 25,146 square meters.
In the overall planning, the project conforms to the terrain and the surrounding urban texture, adopting a full single-family 4th-generation housing design with a double-row parallel layout of buildings oriented north-south, creating an oversized private central garden. A high-quality supporting clubhouse and a sunken landscape courtyard are set up to forge a homecoming experience with multiple hierarchical rituals.
With the design concept of symbiosis between humans and nature and the design motif of bionic nature, the project integrates profound historical and cultural heritage of Nanjing with nature and humanity, creating a forest living experience of seclusion in nature.
