Designed to reflect Maybank’s prominence in global finance, the Treasury office integrates privacy, aesthetics, and functionality to create a high-performance workspace. Situated beside the reception with panoramic views of Marina Bay Sands, the boardroom features state-of-the-art acoustic treatments, including triple-layer gypsum partitions with rock wool, soundproof glass, and electronic frosting film for enhanced privacy. A custom marble conference table with concealed sockets and a ceiling-integrated video conferencing system ensure seamless business operations.
The reception area exudes elegance with Italian marble flooring, metallic textured glass, and warm wood finishes. An off-centre concierge counter optimizes the waiting area, drawing attention to Maybank’s signature yellow logo while maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
Beyond the reception, versatile meeting spaces feature heavy-duty operable walls, allowing for larger town hall-style gatherings. Acoustic elements extend throughout, including sound absorption panels, return ducting for air-conditioning, and dedicated phone booths for private conversations. Sustainability is embedded in the design through energy-efficient LED lighting and durable materials. By merging cutting-edge acoustics, flexible workspaces, and refined aesthetics, the Maybank Treasury office fosters productivity, confidentiality, and corporate excellence, setting a new standard for financial workspaces.
