Luohu Xinzhi Technology Tower Phase II

This project is located in Qingshuihe Headquarters New Town, Luohu District, Shenzhen. It is a single factory building with a construction area of about 100,000 ㎡. The project enjoys a strong industrial foundation and rich ecological resources, positioning itself as a modern high-tech industrial park focused on AI, integrated with life sciences, software & information services, new materials and other emerging industries.
The project follows four core planning concepts:
Green as the medium: Integrate greenery into the city, build multi-level sky gardens, connect with Honggang Park, and form an ecological base for industry-city integration.
Industry as the core: Focus on industrial needs, build an efficient logistics and collaboration system, ensure production line integrity, and foster industrial clustering.
People-oriented: Create vibrant shared spaces and breathable terraces, realize vertical ecological infiltration, and build a healthy “Sky Garden”.
Intelligence as the engine: Drive management innovation with digitalization, empower intelligent manufacturing, and support efficient park operation and industrial upgrading.
With the vision of “Valley City, Hanging Babylon in the Air”, the project adopts all-glass curtain walls and metal profiles, using setback and interface cutting to create a light, coordinated architectural form and skyline. Abundant aerial greenery and outdoor platforms realize the symbiosis of architecture, city, nature and functions.
The project practices green and low-carbon development: natural lighting and vertical greening reduce energy consumption; rainwater collection and waste sorting realize resource recycling; green transportation and digital energy management are applied to create a sustainable model of ecological-industrial integration.
