The exterior design of ENERGY CHINA · DONGCHEN MANSION is inspired by the Huachuan community’s original name, which is rooted in the dragon boat culture of ancient Ningbo. This cultural reference evolves to encompass the city’s water and port traditions. By interpreting these local cultural elements, the project establishes a “cultural IP” as the core design concept. All aspects of planning, architecture, landscape, and interior design are centered around this cultural foundation. Combining modern living spaces with future community planning and high-quality amenities, the project creates a modern, high-end community that honors traditional cultural values while embracing the future, blending both traditional and contemporary elements into a unique cultural landscape. The architectural details are carefully crafted to harmonize architectural beauty with the elegance of everyday life. In the demonstration area, the design embraces a refined Shanghai-style luxury, while the high-rise buildings take this concept further with a modern, transparent, and open feel.
