Guardians of Light - Loyal Protectors of the Homeland

Guardians of Light - Loyal Protectors of the Homeland is a large-scale themed lighting installation created for a cultural lantern festival. Inspired by the legendary “Seven Generals” guardians from Taiwanese temple culture, the project transforms traditional religious symbolism into contemporary environmental lighting art.
The installation combines large illuminated lantern sculptures with a dramatic nighttime lighting atmosphere, creating a powerful visual centerpiece for the festival environment. During the day, the vibrant colors and ceremonial designs highlight the cultural heritage of the figures. At night, the lighting system enhances the sculptural forms and creates an immersive themed lighting experience.
By integrating traditional lantern craftsmanship with modern lighting technology, the installation becomes both a cultural landmark and an engaging festival attraction, celebrating heritage, community, and the spirit of light.
