Van Holland Sales Gallery

Van Holland, compromises of 69 units high end residential apartments development,

launched its sales gallery in October 2019.

The concept brief by the client is to create artisan looking interiors to represent the development unique characteristic and attract potential buyers who live near Holland village, a neighbor hood filled with European charm, as well as an urban exploration of modern art galleries, cafes and retail outlets, and a creative commune and incubator for local artists, musicians and entrepreneurs.



The designer, Kat Tan of D Editors Pte Ltd took a completely new approach to use new products and materials specially imported from abroad.

The reception ceiling was raised and treated with timber look alike vinyl sticker with cove light to elevate the over entrance ceiling.

A natural marble wall feature behind the reception was designed to mimic the drop off point at the main development. With two sides portal entrances that acts as transitional point between the reception and sales gallery.

Pivot doors were treated with custom details and wall coverings paneling to hide the entries to agent and developer rooms.



In the sales gallery, right above the main model stand was a customized chandelier piece which resembles form of “fluid” as this was one of the key element within the development. Similar form was applied to the main reception tufted carpet which its colorful hues brings out the vibrancy of the interior amongst the neutral palette.



Laser cut rose gold screens flanked the main feature wall of the discussion area and the bar counter zone.

Herringbone laid vinyl floor of 2 different colors were boldly played to give a contrasting and rich aesthetic appearance to merge the discussion area, model area and lounge area as one entity.

Lounge seating and sofas were located near the bar counter area to provide a cozy corner for the VIP guests that exudes a mini grand hotel lobby look and ambience for the visitors.
