This exciting class A office building is located in Kowloon Bay which is the up and coming business mixed district in Hong Kong. The façade lighting scheme helps to enrich the visual experience for the neighbourhood at the nigh time and enrich the blooming impression for the young business district. The lighting scheme calling for an integrated approach. Sophisticated indirect linear lighting system concaved to wrap the building form. Such lines enhance the sculptural character of building. Carefully selected highlight at the podium entrance level extending the lantern effect from the high ceiling lobby. This project attained the BEAM Plus Gold rating.
