Designed as a respite from the urban hustle, this project is rooted in the rhythms of everyday life, exploring the relationship between light, landscape, and living. The design embraces spatial pauses, allowing natural light and greenery to shape the character of the space. Expansive windows frame the changing landscape while drawing daylight deep into the interior, where shifting light and shades mark the passage of time. By placing nature at the heart of the experience, the home fosters a quiet connection between its inhabitants, the surroundings, and everyday moments.

The layout deftly integrates three bedrooms, a living and dining area, two bathrooms, a multifunctional zone, and a loggia balcony, creating a living experience that feels spacious, airy, and rich in depth within a compact 116-sqm footprint.

Anchored in a style of subtle luxury, the design embodies quiet aesthetics through a cohesive palette of stone, metal, wood, and low-chroma colors. The seamlessly connected living, dining, bar-counter, and glazed balcony foster visual continuity, softly dissolving the boundaries between indoors and out.

Rooted in the principles of sustainability and wellness, this project balances aesthetics, durability, and environmental care. Through a thoughtful curation of materials, the design shapes a contemporary, understated luxury home that is both refined and functional. High-performance elements—such as eco-friendly, low-VOC lacquers, large-format sintered stone, and PVD titanium-coated metal—ensure that elegance and ecological responsibility go hand in hand. Complemented by natural daylighting and ventilation planning, the home actively minimizes energy consumption. By fulfilling the owner’s vision for a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, the space stands as a mindful expression of modern living—where design, functionality, and environmental consciousness naturally align.
