As a well-known paint brand, Benjamin Moore is facing the problem of brand upgrade. The experience shop aims to combine the brand value with the environmental concerns, since environmental problems such as resource shortages, environmental pollution, and ecological destruction is a concern that cannot be ignored and the earth on which we live has been severely damaged. The designer hopes that the project can awaken consumer's respect for nature, awe of life, so as to take action to reduce the burden on the earth. The design blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor, and it integrates natural landscape planning with the interior layout arrangement.

The plant-oriented design starts from the center of plant, extending and interconnecting through communities, landscapes, and streets. A semi-independent space is formed from the entrance, which reorganizes the entrance on the direction of traffic line, the visual range of vision, and the expression of product culture. Inside the store, the designer integrates the landscape and the space where the luxuriant plants grow naturally and become the highlight and soul of the space. Around the tree pond, smart control, sound, and fragrance are used to further strengthen the natural aroma of birds, flowers and forests, making the visitors return to nature in the process of experiencing the product. The combination of high and low platforms presents a natural topographical undulation, which is connected in series through the steps and corridor. The design features the transformation of architectural landscape planning methods into the interior through design language, and the nodes and experience are expected to awaken social interaction through ecological civilization, thus, reflecting on the irreplaceable importance of environment to humans. The design team believes that the ultimate goal of the commercial space is to fulfill the business function, but more than that, design is an expression of the society and the times, and design can generate more spiritual value and meaning through its commercial value.
