Neutral Line

This project has a very warm impression at the first glance, and the living spaces brought out by different materials representing the different programs and functions. The overall white color in the space responses to the appearance of light and shadow brought by different period of time, and supplemented by the wooden color. The iron materials are covered with the white paint to integrate with the overall space color. Using low-tone furniture color to blend in, patterned ceramic flooring and stone bricks that give both cooling and warming characteristics, joining the TV wall of the living room and the entrance to deepen the design vocabulary. The Spanish hexagonal bricks at the entrance pulls out the Carrara marble out of the gray, and penetrates into the beige shiny quarts bricks. The sliding kitchen door at the corner of the hallway matches the main color and is implanted in the modern style Moru glass, which is perfectly separating from the kitchen’s fume yet retaining the light. The back TV wall bringing a warm indirect light source, and the metal texture of the Italian special paint is used to pull out the overall spatial hierarchy and draw out a low-tone feeling. The black mirror ceiling and its reflective characteristic eliminate the pressure brought by the beams and wisely transform the atmosphere of the dining room. With the need of the client who often need to have meetings at home, the design team planned a piece of painted glass sliding door, that not only serve as a white board, but the bright surface increase the visual of the space. The light-colored straight-grain wooden veneer is connected with triangular twill, which becomes the warm current lining the sliding door and corner wine cabinet. The bedrooms continue the bright and modern style with different directions, using LED light strips and wood to make deep openings to create bedrooms with different texture. Among them, the master bedroom jewelry cabinet, hand-painted marble back wall with LED light strips, the warm white light color combined with the client’s collection, even more shows the design team’s brilliance.
