As part of the national policy, Hengqin has been strategically designated as a key city linking the economies of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. It forms a critical part of the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone bridging Hong Kong and Macau, and its connection with the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge makes it an important transportation hub.

The project sits in eastern Hengqin, enjoying unique locational advantages with convenient transport links and accessibility to the Macau port across the water.

The mixed-use project consists of a super high-rise tower of approximately 203.90 metres, another super high-rise of about 164 metres, a four-storey 24-metre podium and a four-storey basement, bringing multiple functions together including retail, offices, a hotel and serviced apartments.

Integration with Hengqin port’s infrastructure is forged through spatial functions, layouts, architectural design and circulation plans, allowing cross-border visitors to flow seamlessly between different functional spaces while meeting the requirements of evacuation.

The commercial podium was designed by another practice.
