The project offers 369,445.6 square metres of GFA on a site of 119,176 square metres, bordering Huizhou Avenue, Xinle Road and Xinmin Road with convenient transport links.

The aim is to create a vibrant community with three interconnected zones. The first zone focuses on nature: high-rise ‘slab-type’ blocks are arranged around a huge central courtyard, with additional semi-public green spaces created from building setback on the side facing Huizhou Avenue, This double-garden layout allows every unit a nice view towards the landscape, with sunlight flooding into the homes. The second zone offers superb living convenience with a central shopping street spanning east to west with daily amenities. In the third zone is a thriving cultural community with a primary school on the southeast that offers all-age learning.

Project planning is oriented towards a humanistic community with comprehensive facilities, while the landscape is planned to inspire greener living in the community at large.
