Tianyao City represents the first transit-oriented development (TOD) to be integrated with five dimensions of transport connectivity. TODs offers a key urban development model for future international cities, with a core commercial complex surrounded by a ring of residential community. The project pioneers a new approach to urban living where the experience of being in a forest intertwines with healthy lifestyle elements.

This turns into an immersive experience at the sale gallery of Tianyao City as visitors walk through an exhibition tunnel. The journey begins with a refreshing start at the entrance hall, leading on to a sandbox showing the manifold possibilities in life and followed by a discussion area. A holistic philosophy to life emanates from the architecture, inspiring everyone who is keen to explore.
