Drums, with their timbre making or breaking a song, constitute the soul of a band, and it is the drum cavity that guarantees a brilliant and pure timbre.
Made of 8-ply thickened black walnut, birch and poplar mixed logs, the drum cavity of Universal Discoverer Series is separated from the metal parts by TTSD system and sealed with chamfered cavity sealing technology. These three logs feature inherent frequencies producing a more transparent resonance to enhance timbre plasticity. Moreover, Universal Discoverer Series employs special accessories themed on “Universe Discovery”.
The “Star Ring” hand screw has non-slip surface texture as the planetary ring, easy for users to adjust.
Resembling a starship, the “Dawn” lug adopts arch bridge design to enhance its bearing capacity. The embedded ABS shims prevent noise arising from drum vibration by playing stabilization and cushioning role.
Inspired by astronauts’ space shoes, the “Positioning” rubber pads have reasonable spreading angle to improve the anti-skid performance of the hi-hat stand. This considerate design requires just a simple operation for users, including beginners, to achieve a stable angle.
The “Universal” pedals are equipped with a high-stability beater capable of high-frequency use, and are driven by durable and smooth double-chain, thereby reducing the wear and tear and making for a smoother attack drive.
