Since the floor-to-floor height is just 2.58m, there is no suspended ceiling. Wires and all-around stereo equipment are hidden around the edge of the ceiling.



In order to cater to the room owner’s living habits, the outdoor balcony, equal to a leisure area, is used to wash and dry clothes. The geometry of tiles adds the feeling of depth, which can differentiate spaces with different functions on the one hand, and make the living room look spacious on the other hand.



There is no storage space in the living room so that the dining room takes on the burden of storage for the entire public area. The concealed storage cabinet makes the room look more orderly and neater while the built-in compartments are eye-catching.



The combination of Italian rock tables and rattan Wassily benches is a fusion of industry and nature. The unconventional red wall unit, though simple, can lighten the whole space and make the space of minimalism lively and comfortable.



Rampant banana leaves, coupled with red bricks, enliven the monotonous hallway and become beautiful scenery in the kitchen and bathroom area.



Since the master bedroom is narrow, the designer thinks out of the box and changes the direction of the bed. The projection curtain can be used to filter sunlight for the second time, thus guaranteeing a sound sleep. An independent checkroom is added to ease the storage pressure of the master bedroom where only a chest of drawers is put in.



A 16m2 independent checkroom seems too extravagant for an ordinary flat house. However, as long as the owner’s daily need is fully understood, it is possible to design such a checkroom.



The space can be used as a bedroom for parents who may live there occasionally, but considering the couple will live in the house frequently, therefore, the couple’s demand for a checkroom is the first priority.



The main bathroom is long and narrow where the wall and the floor share the same nude color, giving the bathroom a sense of spaciousness.
