This design is a sales center, hoping to highlight the deeper architectural vocabulary appearance with a non-decorative appearance. For this reason, the designer abandons the direct statement of the specific image, instead builds the introverted visual sense of the entrance with the familiar technique and accumulated experience. The appearance then frames the space structure in a simple form.



Interpreting the whole space in style of modern art, the designer uses his own precise intuition of color and texture, swaying color, playing with texture, combining masculine and delicate gentleness, the surprise and generous vibe at first glance are in the subtleties. Shows the unique delicateness and gentleness of a woman, exquisite and restrained, emerge in the subtle base note of culture.



In consideration of current environmental protection issues and sustainable development, the selection of materials for the exterior walls uses recycled wood panels to replace natural wood panels. The use of green building materials is not only eco-friendly, but also greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement, saves energy, and makes the residents having no worries about health problems. Using building construction technology, more attention is paid to natural ventilation and natural lighting to improve indoor comfort and meet indoor lighting requirements.
