Il Villaggio

We were approached by the Il Villaggio Condominium to renovate the 7,000-square-foot lobby and common areas. The condominium wanted the design of the areas to be brought up to date while complimenting the exterior views.

The main entry was the biggest challenge, with a 38-foot ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, and a view to the iconic Miami Beach. Using our signature wave wall and extraordinary chandelier, the lobby becomes the focal point to the Condominium. The use of LED strips gives the wave wall a soft glow, further emphasizing the height of the space.

We took great care in adding small details to the hallways such as stainless-steel corners, one inch recessed stainless steel baseboards, and 1/4" reveals on the walls, wood paneling, and black mirrors to name a few. Each beach house entrance was highlighted by using wood panels and Dolma lights creating a contrast from the surrounding areas.
