Kunming Wanda Cultural Tourism City Hotel Group 6 stars, 5 stars located in the A1, A2 plot.Six Star Plot is located between Binhu Road and 195# Road. Five Star Plot is located on the south side of 195# Road and the north side of Huanhu Road.There is planned road Wanghai Road on the west side and planned public green land on the east side of the plot.The southern end of the whole plot is adjacent to Caohai.The total land area is 5.39 hectares, and the planned total construction area is about 70,000 square meters.The aboveground part is 52,000 square meters, and the underground part is 18,000 square meters.





The project was designed in January 2018 and opened in December 2019 in Kunming, Yunnan Province, China. Regarding to the traditional culture of local ethnic minority and the theme of antique building style of the hotel group, designers layout lighting plan by unearthing the concept of “symbiosis between architecture and people” and pursuing a sense of ritual symmetry in the central axis. As pure warm white light choosed to be the main tone, a delicate and warm night atmosphere is created when customized wall washer light and small spotlight maximize their washing and rendering effect. Luminaires are designed with a wood pattern baffle can make it easily integrated into night view of the hotel group and reflect the charm of antique buildings. The color temperature of the light is unified to 3000K suitable for human visual perception. For the sake of avoiding humdrum and providing a night view with overall focus and regional highlights, designers separately grade brightness to determine its brightness level on the basis of different node.
