The British poet Byron once said: "There are no ways to make the clock ring when the hour is passed." No time should be wasted, especially with those we cherish. As a living space for a family gathering, the public area is expanded with an archway design to inject a holiday vibe. The extension and elegance of the ceiling lines have contained modern elements, the wooden flooring beneath the archway separates itself from the architectural concrete, while the bookshelves of the public space are applied with the same method. The stainless steel plates are convergent and delicate between the shades of gray and the wooden materials; it is an area that shifts between the classic style of modern and vintage. The marble-grained doors of the television wall and the storage areas of the bedrooms, are all made with green plates. Also, the pairing with wool-matted stainless steels and solid wooden lattice doors has divided the space simply and modernly using different ratios of elements. It has created great facade colors with balance. The designer applied a public area extension method and has given a different atmosphere to the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. The living room is designed neat and bright with decoration embellishing; the massive curved ceiling of the kitchen and the dining room is matched with yellow lights to create an illusionary space that reflects on the table of grey-toned gray. By closing up the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room, the area has shown the results of modern and vintage elegant combining; it is the harmony of eternity.
