Innovation & Research Center for Zhongyuan Bank

The project is located in the North Gate PingYuan Demonstration Zone of Zhengzhou. As the innovation and research center of ZhongYuan Bank, the project includes functions such as bank history museum, financial headquarters office, corporate university, training hotel, financial incubation center, fund center, boutique hotel, etc. In the overall planning, the full park landscape planning method was creatively adopted to draw water from Phoenix Lake to form a natural water texture in the base and form a micro-vacation office cluster with the theme of ecological waterfront. Tailor the image of the "Innovative Technology Finance" headquarters that fits the bank's "open and compatible" development concept. With the bank history museum as the urban living room, the functions of the headquarters office, corporate university, and training hotel are closed to form a circular interactive space. Viewing the inner lake from the inside and the central waterscape from the outside creates an enveloping waterfront experience and redefines the new office space of the city in the future.
