Shanghai Lingang Bright Center

On the side of Dishui Lake, Shanghai, an exclusive customized headquarter is our contribution to the Bright Group. During the design process, it brought us a lot of thinking about the future trends of headquarter office building design. Can the usage model of headquarter building be innovatively improved? Can the space experience be further enhanced? What are the response strategies and future development trends of the headquarters office in the post-epidemic era?





In this project, the traffic core and office area are separated and placed on the two sides of the building. The auxiliary spaces (conference, rest, entertainment, reception, etc.), scattered on each standard floor, are stripped and gathered in the center of the building. Combined with the company culture of the Bright Group, it has become a core space with a sense of experience and topicality. This series of spatial changes improves the efficiency of the entire building space and reduces the interference between different functional space. Furthermore, it creates a unique image for the interior and exterior that optimizing the architectural space experience in the headquarters office.





Lin-Gang Bright Center project is not only a headquarter design, but also an exploration of the future headquarter model. Hoping it will bring different possibilities for headquarter design in the post-epidemic era.
