Office at KWG International Finance Plaza (IFP), Guangzhou

The project sits on 38F of KWG International Finance Center, which is located in Zhujiang New Town, Guangzhou, known as the largest CBD in Southern China. Through combining modern office technology and contemporary modern elites' working life and aesthetic taste, the project aims to turn KWG Group's Guangzhou headquarters office into a shining star in the CBD. The office occupies an area of about 2,000 square meters. Based on the analysis on the client's corporate culture and the positioning of the project, the design team created a tasteful, stylish and dynamic working environment, which is in line with the times and filled with a natural ambience.

In the reception area, the designers brought in a vigorous green wall and extended its vertical form to furnishings via modern design languages, thereby together producing a dynamic and natural working atmosphere.

On the right side of the reception area is a staircase. A distinctive art installation erects beside the stairs, with its gold and green components symbolizing a vigorous tree. Its modern form echoes and interacts with the winter sunshine that enters from the south window, implying that new life sprouts from the "tree" and expressing an energetic and thriving corporate atmosphere. In addition, a series of grille-featured art installations are set at the passageway, to evoke continuous interaction with people when they move in the space and to convey the company's sedate, straightforward and efficient working spirits along with the artistic paintings hung at the meeting room area.

The designers approached the office space based on the behavior pattern of its users, and tried to respond to KWG Group's core values while showcasing its ever-updating corporate culture and dynamic corporate image.
