Nanjing Longwan Longfor Paradise Walk

The project is located in Jiangning District, Nanjing in China. The site is next to Dragon Bay Park with fantastic landscape. According to the local culture and ambient resources, we use Ark Bay as our conception, which means an Ark sailing into the oasis of Dragon Bay. Ark derives from the ancient boat in Nanjing, and also refers to the form and envelope of the mall. This conception, as a special Intelligent Property, is not only a regional element, but also a guidance for space design, detail tectonics and commercial marketing.

We design three theme atrium, East, West and Middle, as our interior core design, for the main entrance on the East, neighborhood entrance on the West, and minor entrance in the Middle respectively. Moreover, we utilize the Ark Bay conception to organize and design a series of wonderlands with adventure island, natural landscape and children amusement park. Besides, we apply the conception of multiple ground floor on the east plaza, which presses part of the plaza down to bring the commercial function on B1 floor outside. The sunken plaza makes all kinds of family activities possible.
