Yuzhou Polymath of Chongqing

The project plot is located in the university town block of Shapingba District of Chongqing, the central hinterland of the western science city of Chongqing High-tech Zone, with convenient transportation.

The site selection of the demonstration area is compared in many places, and the final location is located in the northeast corner of the plot with better visibility, which caters to the direction of the main flow of people in the city and is convenient for customers to reach the demonstration area directly. The demonstration area is arranged in parallel with the main road of the city, which is more closely connected with the road. It can bring the flow of people into the demonstration area and maximize the display effect.

The designer divides the site into four basic functional areas: the reception front, the sales office, the landscape back, and the model house. The door in the form of a scroll slowly unfurles, presenting the scattered landscape one by one. Walking along the steps to the reception front, the sparkling mirror water features are displayed in front of us.

The second curtain wall uses parametric rods to form lines of different lengths and extend to the ceiling at the bottom of the eaves, enriching the visitors of the fifth facade. From different perspectives, they can feel the emotion and story contained in the building facade. The quality of a building not only depends on the structure of the body, but also depends on the choice of material.

The designer uses pure and transparent blue coated glass on the first layer of glass curtain wall. The surface of aluminum plate is sprayed with bright silver fluorocarbon paint to inject a modern metallic texture.

The aluminum profiles are separated by translucent PC plates, which are light and lightweight, which can reduce the number of curtain wall truss structures, and ensure the cleanliness of the facade, and also save the cost of structure.
