Park Vera is the apex residential development in Rainbow City – Shanghai. The interior of this sales gallery for the residential development Park Vera is designed to reflect the journey that took over 20 years to bring about this dramatic transformation.



Design inspirations for this sales gallery has evolved through the years and one might say we have come full circle. Targeted for younger demographics whose life ethos is very much different from their parents. They seek personal fulfilment and socialising is a very important part of their lives. Their approach is filled with enthusiasm and creativity.



For this, we looked to one of the regions in the world that have the happiest people- Scandinavia for inspiration. To pursue contentment and well-being is the Danish way of life and here we inspire to inject some Lagom and Hygge into our lives.



Occupying slightly over 1000 sqm, this expansive sales gallery speaks of continuous undulating lines that stitch the various zones together with different materials to exhibit a quiet but voluminous space.



The colour language was intentionally kept to a neutral palette and with the white walls, every single curve, contour, motive extrudes into focus. Decorative are also kept to a minimum so the focus is on the human connection and interaction true to the Danish Hygge philosophy of true contentment.
