Zhengzhou Yongwei Forest Florid

The project is located in Baisha Group of Zhengdong District, Zhengzhou City, adjacent to Zhengdong New District in the west and Lvbo Group in the east. It is surrounded by double rivers and green land with ecological environment, hence its name - Forest Florid. Landscape design combines the image of the core business district with modern urban idyllic style, creating a modern natural forest series of high-quality scenic communities.

The architectural design adopts simple and elegant style, with vivid and delicate modeling, presenting an elegant and generous appearance. The landscape design continues the minimalist design of the building, taking inspiration from the imagery of the "guardian deity of the forest" and the "swaying petals", closely following the theme of 'Forest Language' and incorporating the simplicity and connotation of life into every detail.

The landscape concept space is divided into four major sections: the entrance display area, the forest landscape axis, the deer theme garden and the small courtyard. Among them, the north-south landscape axis running through the community is a major feature of the project. The landscape axis is based on the forest and combines with the colourful underwood space to create a forest display corridor. Waterscape plaza, theme parlour, woodland walkway and inter-home garden ...... are distributed in the living area, allowing residents to enjoy an ecological community of mutual symbiosis.
