Foshan Country Garden International Commerce Centre

Foshan Country Garden International Commerce Centre is located in Shunde's Chen Cun Town, in the heart of the Pearl River Delta and within the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area, which is an important node in the urban development pattern.





The project takes the TOD+ model as the skeleton, relies on the rail hub, and takes the future cloud city as its theme, positioning it as a landmark city complex, accommodating a variety of businesses, efficiently aggregating urban living spaces, and creating a utopian high-rise luxury life that "rises to the sky and reaches the firmament".





The design takes "clouds" as the main element of the site, extracting elements of cloud curves, cloud stacking, terraces, mountains and valleys into the landscape, creating a rich landscape experience level and the feeling of flowing water and clouds in the park. The modern and fashionable design incorporates the mountains and rivers into the landscape to create a modern, elegant, multi-faceted, ecological, high-end, intelligent and ideal living city complex.





The design is inspired by the fugue structure of the Rhapsody, which is the main representative form of polyphonic music structure in the Baroque period. The design of the exhibition area distills the main structure of the fugue into the landscape, forming a landscape skeleton of prelude, progression, climax, interlude and coda, and creating multiple atmospheres of joy, relaxation, magnificence, elegance and ethereality through the opening and closing of space, the form and materials of the structures and the planting of vegetation, etc.
