Therefore, we believe that whether it is a building or an indoor space, there must be place emotions, focusing on the emotional impact of space on people, and at the same time having the continuity of the building itself, the regional context, and the surrounding environment. ONE | Emotion of place , floating fantasy city ”Floating world, fantasy city, colorful platform, free green island” Emotion may be a vague word, but for designers who connect people with time and space, the emotion in it is not vague. This project is located in the Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone, which provides office space for cultural and creative high-tech enterprises . What is the spirit of place for incubating enterprises in the cultural and creative industry? Creativity requires unlimited fantasy, and work is colorful and happy. We give it four spatial atmospheres. They are pluralism, freedom, fantasy, and vitality. At the same time, considering the continuity of the building itself and the surrounding environment, the language of elements such as floating, rainbow matrix, and dimension wall is condensed. Next, it corresponds to the space creation. TWO | Space to build emotions The overall space is divided into four major space categories: core public space, office space, communication community space, and auxiliary space, giving it four emotions corresponding to its space atmosphere and place spirit.
