Chongqing Peach-Blossom Source

Chongqing Peach-Blossom Source is located in Chongqing Sunac cultural tourism city. Using the classical gardening techniques in Jiangnan, the south of the Yangtze River, the Xiangshan and the ancient architectural techniques, with the mountains and rivers on the outside and the hills built in the inside, the charm of the gardens in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is reappeared. The project follows the rules of construction. Cornices, flower windows, cushions and bridges all inherit the ancient culture. They restore the charm of Jiangnan Chinese Garden according to the traditional techniques. Almost 80% of the work is done by hand. At the same time, Sunac choses to extract the principles of human settlement design from ancient paintings, and implanted the relationship between architecture and land in the regional cultural paintings into the space design. Referring to the ancient painting‘Twelve scenes of Chongqing’, which describes the local conditions and customs of Chongqing, the designer reconstructs the human landscape of the product. The twelve views of Chongqing depicted in the painting are redisplayed as twelve living scenes, so as to integrate the customer experience into the traditional human landscape.
