Futuristic Experience

The revolutionary bank design has been exquisitely modelled to enhance customer experience into future technological intelligence. The design concept – “Futuristic Experience” – emphasizes dynamics, swiftness, and technology.

The designers delicately utilized the attributes of, fluidity forms, materials, and colors in establishing an innovative, efficient and intelligent brand image, effectively bolstering the brand’s leading image with spatial in the banking industry in Macau.

This subbranch of a well-known bank occupies a brand-new shopping mall in Taipa Macau, with a dense population resident in the neighbour. The challenge is to serve the recently populated neighbourhood into the medium-sized bank, integrating new technology and smart IT systems into the overall design.

We fully satisfied the client requirements on spatial planning fulfilling their operational and functional uses. The bank consists of an automation experience zone at the arrival hall which allows customers to do their regular banking transactions. The main area provides a series of technology intelligence systems for general customers, concurrently remains several traditional cash desks. The inner area is designated for prestigious customers which include VIP counters, private meeting rooms, and a relaxation lounge area.
