SEGACN Sales office Changzhou

This project is a sales center containing 3 show flats to showcase the future landmark property in Changzhou. The new landmark property will be launched in 2022, it will offer around 240 residential units, and each unit able to enjoy a unique urban city view.
Designers infuse fashionable details into minimalist style from sales center to show flats. The designs deliberately select black highlights and white hairline lacquer to create a strong contrast and a neutral style. The black steel line details depict a rich spatial sense of hierarchy, together with the warm grey wooden flooring and material which balancing the warmth and comfort of the space.
