The design starts with deep understanding of the owner’s needs for the home, exploring spatial uniqueness on this basis, to build a close connection between residents and space, and set trends for wonderful residential life.



The owner is a father of two boys, humerous, wise, and decisive, with a personal deep understanding of the definition of “home”. He hopes that on the basis of satisfying functionality, the space should have its own unique qualities. After deep conversations with the owner, the designer focuses on strengthening quality of life and functional details, and chooses minimalistic style based on the owner’s preference, providing harmonic and comfortable lifestyle.



Using balanced neutral texture as starting point, the design sheds off complicated formalism, returning to the residential core. Simplistic colors, quality furniture material, along with clever spatial sequence planning, create a pure, transparent open layout, making the overall space express the owner’s unique taste within a rational structure.



The pristine and natural tearoom creates a slow-paced life in the city, reserving an ideal place to rest for the soul. With primal stone texture and condensede structure, the design portrays a fresh and refined spatial atmosphere on top of the calm and restrained base tone, to awaken the quietness in people’s heart.



Based on the owner’s daily need, the design cleverly utilizes the inner space of the corridor, creating a private office for him to wind down. The outdoor courtyard connected to the tearoom can act as a family leisure space, or an entertainment space for social gathering... High quality life experience extends from every corner, giving the ordinary daily life brand new vitality.
