GREENTOWN • YIWU PEACH BLOSSOM LAND

Located in Jiangdong Sub-district, Yiwu City, China, the project is one of the top residential developments of the "Peach Blossom Land" series constructed by Greentown. It enjoys favorable site conditions, with Jiming Mountain and Nanshan Mountain on north and south sides. The site embraces four-season beautiful scenery, as well as the quality landscape resources of the city. The residential community covers a total plot area of about 193,000 square meters with three building types including Chinese-style courtyard houses, stacked villas and low-rise buildings, and it has a low floor area ratio of 1.08. The design of the community interprets charming Oriental aesthetics by traditional Chinese-style architectural elements and ten landscape scenes.
Based on the Oriental concept of "committing to harmony between man and nature, and returning back to nature", the project aims to build a livable and enjoyable community with beautiful natural scenery. The design integrates modern and traditional Chinese architectural styles, and adapts to site conditions by basing the natural environment and taking the advantage of outdoor landscapes to create a leisurely and quiet living environment.
It took four years to complete the project, which integrates the restraining character of the East with the sense and openness of the West.
