Dushu Sunshine Marketing Center

Dushu yangguangli Exhibition Center was a two-story building located at Taibai Road, Dushu village, Dongxiao street, Luohu District, Shenzhen. With the help of designers, it has now become a new real estate sales center after the urban renewal and transformation project. It integrates the functions of display, negotiation and contract signing. It is also a window to witness the achievements of land renewal and urban transformation in Shenzhen. Shenzhen is one of the youngest cities in China. It has leapt from a small fishing village to an international metropolis. It stands up to the tide and leads the times, but it is also accompanied by confusion and confusion. How to write the story of Shenzhen? How to achieve emotional resonance with customers? Facing the design task of the exhibition center in the “Sunshine” how to be "unique"? Designer have worked hard in Shenzhen for many years, witnessed the changes of Shenzhen, and become one of a group of people who share the same breath and common destiny in Shenzhen, a small coastal city. With this feeling, the designer carved out the impression of Shenzhen - fishing village, sea, sunshine, forest and modern city. Through the deployment and weaving of these macro elements, a small "City Museum" was presented. The designer extracts and enlarges the elements with regional cultural characteristics such as sea water, waves, banyan trees and fishing gear unique to the fishing village, which has achieved excellent artistic tension and visual impact. From the sparkling art ceiling to the artworks of banyan roots, the art installations of water drop devices, fishing boats and fish cages, the design and transformation of these art decorations not only highlight the locality, but also accord with modern aesthetics.
