The project shakes off the sole selling function of most property sales centers, but also sorts to showcase the lifestyle solutions of the residential community to visitors and potential property buyers. Smile-like curves throughout the interior space are a continuation and extension of the curved lines on architectural facades. Varied arcs and arched forms run through the ceiling, walls, door frames, windows, furniture and even lighting fixtures, which create an impressive spatial image and a dynamic atmosphere.
The spatial design is not the simple piling up of decorative symbols. Instead, it conceives creative ideas based on full consideration of site conditions and spatial functions and then translates the ideas into functional yet artistic scenes, so as to provide diversified experiences that lead the future lifestyle. The 10-meter-high arched lobby is combined with the inner space's artistic curved ceiling designs, hence enriching the layers of the space and producing artistic visual effects. Large glass windows bring in natural light, which is complemented with dotted and linear artificial lighting, helping shaping a space that integrates socializing, artistic aesthetics and nature.
