SHAOXING HUAFA JINGHU

Shaoxing is located at the junction of Northern Zhejiang plain and eastern Zhejiang hills area. There are "Six Mountains, one water cutting apart three fields", endless mountains in the distance and crisscross water all around . The project is located in the center of Newly Jinghu area, Shaoxing City. And it’s also the Eco-green center area of Shaoxing. The project is conveniently situated next to the railway station and two main roads. At the same time, the new city museum in the west of the project has attracted a large number of tourists to this area.

Based on the geomorphic environment and profound historical and cultural accumulation of Shaoxing City, we come out the overall design concept of "Water town, sightseeing walk along", hoping to simulate the relationship between the winding waterway and the city with a smooth curve, and reproduce the original urban state of "living near the water and relying on the water for business" since ancient times. At the same time, with modern metal and glass materials, the collision between indoor lighting and exquisite details creates a beautiful picture of "thousands of lights and water tours". Through the research on the commercial moving line and the setting of the Cross Road Municipal corridor, the project has created a "water town sightseeing path" connecting multiple plots, from plot 2-1 in the northernmost side to plot 1-3 to plot 1-2 as the end. Along the way, there are "Bookstore", "LOHAS world", "morning light forest", "colorful laminated stone", "elite business capital", "Life Aesthetics" "Children's world" and other diversified formats and spaces make people enjoy them through "migration" in various paths.

The project is a part of Shaoxing HUAFA financial vitality City, which provides a core place for the city to gather people and provide diversified business services and community services. At the same time, emphasizing the coordination between the building itself and the natural environment and the mutual promotion between man and architectural space is a new attempt of openness, ecology and vitality under the current urban development environment in China.
