The project is located at No. 3,Taohua Road,Futian Free Trade Zone,close to shenzhen River,facing mai Po natural wetland in Hong Kong across the river,with Zhongtian Yuan Building to the north and Energy Logistics Building to the west.West side,southwest side has a certain line of sight occlusion.The south side and the east side face shenzhen River,rich in landscape resources.When the site was first explored,the interior of the plant was still in working condition.The skeleton of the original plant is clear,but the depth is large,lighting and ventilation is poor.A large number of vertical traffic and freight elevators gather on the north side.The structure is complex and the relationship is not clear.Obviously,the original architectural image and interior space can no longer

adapt to the use of today's headquarters.

After several rounds of scheme adjustment,the layout of the plane space is rearranged,and more rich functional formats are implanted.The new roof greening and sports field enrich the office life.At the same time,the bronzed grille design continues the characteristics of industrial buildings and shapes the architectural image with scientific research temperament.The grille detail design enhances the micro-expression of the building,thus redefining a shared, green, intelligent and humanistic office.

After the transformation,the Industrial Innovation Center of State-owned enterprises and state-owned assets in Shenzhen is no longer a simple workplace, but also a harmonious and common multi-dimensional space between human and nature.The city value is maximized through the success of a unit "pixel point", which diverges and affects the surrounding "pixel points".When the area begins to change,the urban character is woven up little by little.
