With the vertical growth of cities, nature becomes increasingly precious. Within the Yansha Embassy Area on East 3rd Ring Road, Beijing, there are 20,000 trees more than 30 years old, which integrate with Chaoyang Park and together form a 400,000m2 primary forest. The forest is preserved in the most natural state, which makes the city more “soft”and meanwhile itself becomes a precious gem in the concrete jungle.
MAHÁ BEIJING, jointly developed by Adrian Zecha, the leading creator of luxury hotels, and Zhu Jurong, the chairman of HOPSON, is the first MAHÁ residential development in the Asia-Pacific region. It follows a construction sequence of “garden before residence”, and further enhances the tranquil ambience of natural primary forest. “Nature” is the first priority among MAHÁ’s 4 core values and is also what Adrian Zecha has been pursuing. As the first MAHÁ garden in the world, MAHÁ Garden, Beijing is designed to show respect for nature and to introduce forest landscape into every home on the basis of not destroying the primary forest. Natural timber accounts for 70% of the materials used in the residences and the outdoor forest acts as a living room, which realizes the integration of nature with life.
With a sense of nature and scale, MAHÁ BEIJING provides an optimal living environment that blends into primary forest. The design not only considers the garden's master planning, but also focuses more on functions and living experience. Several distinctive scenes such as garden leisure area, children's club, children's play area, private club, “spring-autumn-winter” garden and “four-season” jogging track are conceived, with a view to creating extraordinary living experiences from multiple dimensions, hence providing occupants with a tranquil yet well-equipped dwelling environment and allowing them to regain inner peace.
