The building is located in the lively and prosperous New Taipei City, with convenient living functions and green buildings, an energy-saving, sustainable and environmentally friendly environment space; a paradise hidden in the city's high-quality environment.
In line with the outstanding characteristics of green buildings, the design concept uses green building materials, sustainable, and recyclable to match the excellent architectural space, and at the same time integrates into the daily life of the residents after retirement, and occasionally receives visiting relatives and friends through the marble of the splashed ink landscape. The space has a simple yet large texture; occasionally you need to feel a quiet afternoon, meditate in the study or read a world famous book, and create a healthy space through design, so that you can have a colorful and healthy life after retirement; in addition, the case passed Certification of Green Design from Taiwan Green Design Council.
