The exhibition area of the project is 5000 ㎡, the total area of the sales office is 1000 ㎡, and there are 22 parking spaces. The overall building of the sales office is of modern Chinese style, simple and atmospheric, and the curved sloping roof is the architectural feature to create a modern Chinese flavor landscape. The exhibition area draws lessons from the spatial sequence of traditional academies in the Song Dynasty, including the front yard, gate, front yard, main building and backyard. It uses modern thinking and methods to interpret traditional classics, move around different scenes and take the scenery with you.
