It is an interior case for a design company's office with an indoor area of 400 square meters. The client wanted to provide a pleasant office environment for the design team of 30 people.
At the entrance of the space, the reception desk is designed as an abstract image of “BaXia”, a dragon derived from ancient Chinese mythology. It has a dragon ball in its mouth and a stone tablet on its back, representing competence, trustworthiness, and the ability to bring good luck to those around.
The area with the best light along the window is the work area which adopts a semi-open design. Moving bookshelves are set to be the partition in the office. Thus, the space can be rearranged according to the needs of the project collaboration.
There are two forms of reception space for customers' visits: a closed negotiation room and an open western kitchen. The designer hopes that in addition to formal business scenes, more employees can communicate with customers at the table like family members.
Furthermore, the space is also equipped with a material exhibition area, management office area, and other necessary functional areas.
