Beige-toned system shoe cabinetry and decorative moldings on the wall form a distinct entryway. They tie with black polished tiles of camellia patterns as well as a chandelier on the ceiling and separate mirrored panels on the wall adjacent to the dining room, characterizing the section with focal points and creating a feel of grandness for reception.

Next to the entryway is the common area, with an open-concept layout that includes a living room, a dining room and a study, making for spaciousness in a limited footage. The study is defined by a waist-high parapet and the living-room sofa. Its open upper part serves to retain distinction between the two sections while maximizing the space for its users.
