As the office space for a clothing brand, this modern, minimalist space has a focus on black and white as the base color. Pure color palette significantly reduces the interference of environmental perception, allowing the eye to focus on the colors of clothes and the subtle changes in fabrics. Unlike any traditional office layout, the concept of open plan seating allows the team to discuss at any time and let the creativity run wild. The fair-faced concrete drastically opens the welcome wall, and neutral grayscale color is used as a visual buffer between the high-contrast combination, black and white. The entrance not only serves as a transitional area between colors but is also a dining area on the other side. It is different from the small pantry room and has a space to accommodate tables and chairs for 10 people to relax. A perfect corner for employees to relax is created. In the office seating area, the shared wooden tables create a flexible office area and inject a touch of warmth. The long tables are free of rigid partitions, allowing employees to choose their seats according to their preferences and needs for interactions. Meanwhile, it also conveys the freedom and carefree brand concept. In the meeting room, large scale of pure white flows to the floor with the curved elements, while the seamless wall design does not create shadows on the vertical corners to enhance the efficiency and convenience for photography. Without the solid walls, the clear glass inlaid with iron is used as a partition to release the depth of field and initiate eye and body contact among team members. Through the unobstructed visual line, the seemingly cold space can convey warm emotions among people. In the industrial-style tone, the exposed pipes on the canopy and the original molded structure are covered with white paint. These decors give the space an offhand casualness without losing the sense of elegance.
