Bay Mansion is CIFI's top product series-Boyue series products, which are located on the main island of Xiamen. It gathers scarce landscapes such as bays, wetlands, hot springs, and beaches, and connects with resources such as prosperous business districts, industries, and subways.

The layout of the building breaks through the convention and adopts a three-axis symmetrical clover form, which is a perfect interpretation of the unique characteristics of the site.

The façade discards the common mansion styles, and takes the Egret take off as the modeling concept to create a modern minimalist style. The full T-shaped public building facade elements, using all-metal curtain wall and glass curtain wall system, show a very relaxed and confident international style, with a stronger sense of identity, and reshape the focus of the urban interface in Wuyuan Bay.

At the same time, this layout has brought great development and breakthroughs in the product, forming a two-way viewing giant square hall and a luxurious master bedroom suite with a full 270-degree view of the landscape. The landscape and the architecture penetrate each other and communicate with each other to create a modern vacation experience.
