Patrimonial Mansion Experience Center, Zunyi

The project is located in Zunyi. The city's symbol flower is azalea, which is one of the ten renowned flowers in China. Azalea features beautiful blossoms and luxuriant leaves, and is very adaptable as it can be cultivated on fields and in pots. Hailongtun Scenic Area in Zunyi is known for a large area of azalea. During the flowering season, clusters of blossoms form a spectacular view, which symbolizes the prosperity, strength of the nation and the happy life of the people.

This project is a property sales center, an experience center, and also an "urban living room". The architectural form draws on the form of azalea. This concept is also extended to the interior design, with a view to creating a romantic encounter with flowers.

The flower-shaped building turns this "urban living room" into a place that is filled with a sense of ritual and offers spiritual enjoyment. The architecture and the interior space are integrated in a holistic manner. The interior design emphasizes functional experiences, and highlights the fluidity of space. The arrangement of furnishings stimulates the perception and experience of life, and forms a pure, clean modern artistic space for urban visitors.

The property models display area is set at the center of the space. The lighting fixture above looks like a blooming flower, which is dynamic and aesthetic.

The pure white space provides a retreat isolated from the bustle and bustle of the city. Like blooming flowers, the columns add an artistic touch to the interior.

The sculpture at the negotiation area expresses the curving form of petals in an abstract manner, which produces a visually pleasing and rhythmic aesthetic whilst injecting a relaxing ambience into the space.
