OCT·CENTER LOFT

The project is located in Yangchunhu High-speed Railway Business District, which is a mountain ecological park. It is built by OCT group with 10 billion investments where Muse & Wisdom is in corporation of product design.

The entire design purpose is focusing where to find the peaceful mind in modern busy urban life.

To be able to obtain both quiet and lively, it sets higher demands of space. Instead of choosing between those dilemmas, it is better to take white color as base to describe a blank-leaving world.

By entering, you will see the independent porch and the secondary clean wardrobe at the side and rear. In here, you can change your leisure wear, keeping away from the noisy outside world and entering your spiritual home. All-in-one closet compatible with washer, dryer, gas and refrigerator, it matches the current urban young people`s Light-Living demand, which is not only to meet the life needs, but also have not to reduce the quality of life for daily necessities.

On the first floor, the space is transferred to life and social networking. The arc sofa beside the French windows, a dining table in first floor and the second-floor platform, are formed a close interaction. It breaks away from the traditional logic of "TV-table-sofa", making the space infinitely extended and more interesting.

The private space on the second floor is with full of lazy and pleasant atmosphere.

The life aesthetics of blank leaving is warmth into the space in the natural color, growing the romantic vitality. The designer adopts the art museum technique, using by soft lines, fine details, variety shape and high quality. The designer uses modern design techniques to interpret the Oriental charm, with light, shadow, line, proportion, and scale. It makes the room could be considering, gathering, living and appreciation. Yin and Yang, virtual and real, soft and spirit, thought and implementation, the opposition in these spaces will finally from a coherent system, which will produce a natural, unknowable new world.
