XINHU RIVERSIDE GARDEN

This project is located in Shanghai, China. Inspired by the precious "East Pearl" used by the royal family. The whole interior style is luxurious and elegant. Through the combination of traditional Chinese elements and the modern design, we draw five traditional Chinese colors such as "Ji Lan", "Xie Qing", "Zhu Sha", "Ming Huang" and "Yue Bai". In the connection of various elements and color contrast, the aesthetic characteristics of Oriental humanistic art are presented.
According to the layout of this apartment, we design the overall window frame in the living room to create the concept of a "picture window", so that the outdoor scenery can be presented as a picture, and the natural light can be introduced into the interior. In Chinese traditional hue, they are keen on complementary color matching, so the designer selects the elegant and calm color "Ji Lan" as the main color, with the "Ming Huang" color which represents noble and orthodoxy.
Also, the precious enamelware and traditional blue-and-white porcelain plate paintings are used to echo the theme. In the face of tradition, we not only stay in the imitation of traditional elements but translate the thinking of the past spirit and concept into contemporary design.
Next to the dining room, we skillfully design an opening multi-functional space. When the client needs a private area, he can pull up the glass sliding door to become an independent study room. When there are guests, he can open completely to connect with the outside and combine into an open space.
The designer chooses pure Chinese red "Zhu Sha" as the main color of the study room and dotted with "Ming Huang"color. Although it is a classic palace color collocation, the control of color proportion makes it unconventional.
The calm and elegant Chinese traditional color "Xie Qing" and "Yue Bai" was used as the main color of the master bedroom, combined with silk bedding, which is full of Oriental introverted beauty.
