The project is located in the west of Nanhu Avenue, the central axis of Jiaxing. It is an important traffic road connecting the city center and the international central business district. It is only 200 meters away from the Central Park, with good ecological environment resources and a strong rest atmosphere; The surrounding areas are mainly residential and business circles, and the advantages of target customers are more significant.
The project takes "urban gravity" as the theme and integrates "natural gravity, cultural gravity, leisure gravity and retail gravity" into the space to create a gravity garden with natural feeling of urban oasis.
Through the use of linear elements, the main atrium strengthens the connection between the space bridge and the river, and increase the natural artistic atmosphere of the space and form a punch in space through the connection between the upper platform and the green plants.
The rotating atrium enriches the sense of form of space through the relationship between platform selection and floor staggering.
The cultural tree cave creates a characteristic Zhongdao area by combining the business forms of each floor at the bridge location, and build this space into a theme characteristic area with a sense of artistic forest.
The space of B1 theme area integrates curve elements and combines wood finishes and green plants to create a natural leisure space atmosphere like a rain forest board.
