Located on the 12th floor of 53 West 53, the striking 1,050-foot-high residential condominium tower perched above the Museum of Modern Art and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel with interior architecture by Thierry Despont, the Wellness Center is on par with the finest spas and fitness centers in the world, set within a private environment. The full-floor club was designed by Nouvel and features 15,000 square feet of lavish wellness amenities curated and managed by the premier fitness lifestyle brand, The Wright Fit.

The expansive Wellness Center includes a full gym, separate high- and low-energy fitness studios, a regulation squash court, a golf simulator that allows you to play at some of the best golf courses in the world, men’s and women’s saunas and steam rooms and a spa treatment room. Residents also enjoy a naturally lit 65-foot lap pool, cold plunge pool and hot tub situated between elaborate poolside vertical gardens designed by noted French botanist Patrick Blanc that use over 3,500 plants giving each garden a rich multi-dimensional texture.

The men’s locker room uses rich matrix stone and the women’s locker room features white crystal throughout.
